This Freedom of Choice plan gives employees the option to use the plan as a Dental Maintenance Organization or as a Preferred Provider Option.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This is a voluntary program paid by NCIRE that provides confidential assessment, counseling & referral service. Employees and dependents (spouse and minor child(ren)) are each entitled to three sessions each year.
